During Advent, our family watches Christmas movies that point us to the real meaning of Christmas and share the good news of Jesus. When my kids were young, we had to watch these movies on DVD and focused most of our digital time for that month with these Christ-centered movies instead of normal entertainment. Thanks to streaming services, you can view some of our favorites and some new ones. Below are some movies that are available via Amazon Prime. I checked Netflix, but sadly, I didn't find any options.
Legend of the Candy Cane - a heart-warming story that tells the legend of the candy cane, that points to Jesus.
Charlie Brown Christmas - a classic - my favorite line "That's what Christmas ia all about, Charlie Brown."
Three Wise Men - So very well-done. Includes animation, narration by Andy Griffith, lines and music from your favorite Christmas carols. This story increased my appreciation for the wise men.
Bug Time Adventures - Joy to the World
Bible Stories for Kids - Season 3, Episode 7
Read and Share Bible - Christmas Episode
Superbook - The First Christmas Episode - The Birth of Jesus
The Animated New Testament, Season 1 - The King is Born
Friends and Heroes - He Chose the Shepherds

Jacob's Gift by Max Lucado.
